Yoga enhances climbing by boosting flexibility, balance, and mental focus. Dynamic stretching opens the hips, shoulders, and spine, improving range of motion and control on the wall. Balancing poses strengthen the core, while breath control and mindfulness help climbers stay calm and focused during challenging moves. Together, yoga and climbing create a stronger, more resilient athlete, prepared for every climb.

Registration opens two weeks prior to each class. While pre-registration is optional, it’s encouraged to guarantee your spot. To enroll, schedule your class on the calendar using the link above to complete your reservation. Yoga mats are provided in the class, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

  • Members: FREE
     

  • Non-Members: $10/class drop-in rate; pay when you sign up online or at the front desk prior to class.
